If you are an agent, broker, or partner operating under an e-contract with BAO Insurtech, the termination of your access to BAO's platform and services is directly governed by the terms of that contract.

BAO Insurtech may initiate the termination of the e-contract in accordance with the contract's provisions if:

• You violate any clause of these Terms or your e-contract;
• You engage in fraudulent, unauthorized, or unethical conduct;
• You misuse the BAO Insurtech platform, data, or intellectual property; or
• You act in a manner that may harm BAO Insurtech, its reputation, clients, or partners.

Only after the e-contract has been officially terminated - either by mutual agreement or due to a breach as defined in the contract will your access to the BAO Insurtech platform, systems, and related services be suspended, restricted, or revoked.

Following termination, all obligations regarding data handling, confidentiality, and outstanding settlements shall remain in effect as outlined in the e-contract and applicable law.

Termination of access does not affect any rights, remedies, or liabilities accrued prior to the termination date.

13. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

14. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When updates occur, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
